The room was well-designed and new-fashioned and we truly enjoyed tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. It included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom.

Mustaffa at the front desk. He remembered our names and always greeted us with a smile. Clean rooms added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel's support for a local animal shelter is a fantastic touch, allowing guests to spend time with dogs in need, which I loved. The noise levels from parties and barking dogs were disruptive at times, especially late at night. It was challenging to get restful sleep with all the activity. I'm likely to return, but I hope for a quieter experience next time.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment , lacking variety, and there were not enough luggage carts available during our arrival, leading to unnecessary hassle.

I loved the clean, modern decor throughout Aloft Mooresville. The spacious common areas were inviting, and I appreciated the accessibility features. The staff were great.

A bit more seating for seniors would be nice.

Our family had a great two-night stay. The staff was friendly, and we loved the gym's modern facilities. The open shower concept lacked privacy. A cute adoption pup at reception added charm! Make sure to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from the air conditioning.
